Accor is a large Frenchmarker multinational corporation, part of the CAC 40 index, operating in nearly 100 countries. Headquartered in Courcouronnes, Essonnemarker, France, near Évry, Accor claims to be the European leader in hotels (Accor Hospitality) and a global leader in corporate services (Accor Services).

Accor Hospitality, the Accor hotels branch, has more than 4,000 hotels worldwide, from luxurious hotels to cheap lodgings.

Through Accor Services, Accor also runs service vouchers to over 430,000 companies and institutions and 30 million users in 40 countries: Ticket Restaurant, Luncheon Vouchers, Ticket Alimentaçao, Clean Way, Ticket Service, Childcare Vouchers, Eyecare Vouchers, Bien-Etre à la Carte, Worklife Benefits, EAR, Accentiv', Académie du Service, Tesorus, Ticket Compliments.

Budget Brands:
  • Motel 6: 910 hotels in USA and Canada.
  • Studio 6: 46 hotels in USA and Canada.
  • Formule 1: 371 hotels in 14 countries. Rebranded and redesigned as F1 Hotels in France.
  • Etap: 369 hotels in 11 countries. Etap Hotel is implanted in Europe: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Great Britain, Hungary, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and Switzerland.
Accor sold Red Roof Inns in April 2007.

Economy Brands:
  • Ibis: 2 stars hotels. 800 hotels in 40 countries. There are currently 835 ibis hotels in the world, dated 26 June 2009.
  • All Seasons: 2-3 stars hotels. 35 hotels. The first All Seasons hotel opened in France in mid-September 2007. All Seasons has already 20 hotels in Australia.
Midscale Brands:
  • Suitehotel: 3 stars suites in Europe. 21 hotels in 4 countries.
  • Mercure Hotels: 3 and 4 star hotels. 756 hotels in 49 countries (3rd hotels network in Europe).
  • Adagio: 21 apartment hotels in 4 countries.
Upscale Brands:
  • Novotel Hotels: 4 stars hotels in 61 countries (387 hotels).
  • M Gallery: new boutique hotels with 3 hotels (4 stars). They are categorized according to four themes: Vision, Design, History and Panorama. Some were Sofitel hotels.
  • Pullman : new brand relaunched in 2007. 5 stars dedicated to travellers, it has 11 hotels (By 2015, it will grow to 250 hotels worldwide and will ultimately include more than 300).
Luxury Brand:
  • Sofitel Hotels and Resorts, including the new boutique-hotels So by Sofitel and top luxury Sofitel Legend. 172 hotels in 52 countries.
