Altoona-Blair County Airport is a county-owned public-use airport located in Martinsburgmarker, 12 miles (19 km) south of the central business district of Altoonamarker, a city in Blair Countymarker, Pennsylvaniamarker, United Statesmarker. It offers limited commercial service, subsidized by the Essential Air Service program.

US Airways ceased service to Pittsburghmarker on July 7, 2007.

Facilities and aircraft

Altoona-Blair County Airport covers an area of which contains two asphalt paved runways: 3/21 measuring 5,466 x 100 ft. (1,666 x 30 m) and 12/30 measuring 3,668 x 75 ft. (1,118 x 23 m).

For the 12-month period ending January 8, 2007, the airport had 24,082 aircraft operations, an average of 65 per day: 78% general aviation, 21% air taxi and 1% military.
