Ann Devroy (died 1997) was an American journalist working for the Washington Post. She covered the presidencies of Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton.

She was born in Green Bay, Wisconsinmarker and educated at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire.

President Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary Clinton stated that "no other journalist dominated and defined the White Housemarker beat with the kind of skill, shrewd analysis, and gruff grace that Ann brought to her reporting." Mike McCurry, the White House Press Secretary under Bill Clinton, claims that Devroy was both "tough" and "fair."

In 1993 Ann Devroy was awarded the "The Gerald R. Ford Distinguished Journalist Award." Devroy died on October 23, 1997 from cancer. The University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire currently has an award given in her honor.
