Arabian Ranches is a residential project located on Emirates Road in Dubai. The project consists of different kinds of villas and townhouses. The development phases (sometimes refer to as "communities") at Arabian Ranches are Alvorada, Al Mahra, Al Reem (originally Gazelle), Hattan, Mirador, Palmera, Saheel, Savannah, Terra Nova and Mirador La Colección.

The project includes a Golf Course (The Desert Course), Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club (home of camel polo), a small community/shopping center and one of the best schools in Dubai called Jumeirah English Speaking School (or J.E.S.S. for short)

The project is developed by Emaar Properties, and the properties are sold freehold.

Villas and townhouses can be purchased direct - from the developer, private sellers or through property brokers.

Updates

January 2006 a group of homeowners got together and set up a residents' interest group to form a bridge between the growing number of residents and Emaar. One of the main functions was to represent the community in discussions with Emaar and any other body, such as the Municipality.

Early 2007, the developer decided to fill up a large part of the lake opposite the Golf Club and introduced a new community - Alma. Since early 2007 the Golf Club is called Arabian Ranches.
