Arlington Public Schools is a public school division that serves Arlington Countymarker, Virginiamarker.

Arlington County spends about half of its revenue on education, making it one of the top ten per-pupil spenders in the nation (as of 2004, over $13,000, the second highest amount spent on education in the United Statesmarker, behind New York Citymarker). Forbes Magazine named it top school district in the nation in 2008.

In fiscal year 2009, Arlington transferred $350.1 million to the public school system. Less than 20% of school funding comes from sources outside Arlington.
