director.
Presenting & Direction
Hames presented three series of
Bravo
TV’s "
Sin Cities", two fifteen-part,
and one ten-part series about international sex and
sexuality.
"Man's Work"
[385531], was also presented by Hames, a show about
dangerous and difficult employment. In one programme, for example,
he trained with the Colombian anti-narcotics police. He apologized
to Major Fernando Buuitrago, the officer who trained him, about his
taking drugs in the past after seeing the damage it has done to the
police in Columbia.
He is also seen on
Five as the
co-host, along with
Robert
Llewellyn, in a ten part series called
Top Trumps.
Prior to
Sin Cities, his work included
Bad Trip in 2000 (which he directed and presented), which
dealt with his exploits in earlier life.
He has
also filmed and edited a documentary about cocaine for Channel 4's launch of supplementary channel

A book about his experiences filming Sin Cities - Sin Cities:
Adventures of a Sex Reporter, was penned by Hames. A book
accompanying a future show, 'Confessions of a Sex Reporter' is also
being written..
