Bob Neal (born November 14, 1942 in Morristown, Tennesseemarker) is an American sportscaster. Neal has been a familiar voice for Turner Sports on its national NBA coverage for TNT and TBS for telecasts for 23 years.

Neal's lengthy resume includes play-by-play work for NBA and college football games on NBC. Along with work for TNT and TBS for PGA Tour events, SEC football, and World Cup soccer. Previously, Neal was the radio voice of the NFL Atlanta Falcons (1975-81, 1995-97) and sports director of WXIAmarker.

His studio hosting experience include the 1986 Goodwill Games and TNT's Sunday night NFL broadcasts. Neal's long tenured association with Turner Sports began in 1977 with him hosting Sports Week, a Sunday night sports show on TBS.

Neal's accolades include five Georgia Area Emmys, three Associated Press Awards, and a share of five national Emmys for his role in Goodwill Games telecasts. His film credits includeThe Program and Remember the Titans.

Currently, he can be seen as a Co-Host on SportsNite, a sports and entertainment show on Comcast Sports Southeast. Neal is a fan favorite among its wide variety of viewers and is the host of "Bob's Blog," an increasingly popular college sports segment. Neal can also be heard from time to time on Sports Radio 790 The Zone as a substitute host for the 2 Live Stews.

Neal resides with his wife, Sally, in Smyrna, Georgiamarker. His son, Dave Neal, handles play-by-play duties for numerous Southeastern Conference events, notably the league's syndicated football package on Lincoln Financial Sports and men's basketball and baseball games on Fox Sports Net.
