CKOY-FM is a French-language Canadianmarker radio station located in Sherbrookemarker, Quebecmarker.

Owned and operated by Corus Entertainment, it broadcasts an active rock format on 104.5 MHz using an omnidirectional antenna with an effective radiated power of 1,300 watts (class A).

The station was licensed by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission in 2003, and went on the air on May 31, 2004. It was originally owned by local broadcaster Groupe Génération Rock, and had the call sign CIGR-FM.

On June 18, 2007, CIGR's owners announced a tentative deal to sell the station to Corus Entertainment. The transaction was approved by the CRTC in December 2007, and was completed as of January 28, 2008. Under Corus' ownership, the station then adopted its current call sign, which is a derivation of its sister station in Montrealmarker, CKOI-FMmarker.
