Charles Duke Yonge (November 30 1812November 30 1891) was an Englishmarker historian, classicist, and cricketer. He wrote numerous works of modern history, and translated several classical works.

He was born in Eton, Buckinghamshire. He attended Oxford Universitymarker, where he played first-class cricket in 1836. Later he was the Regius Professor of Modern History at Queen's Collegemarker, Belfastmarker. He died in Belfast.
