Clive William Barker (born June 23, 1944 in Durbanmarker, KwaZulu-Natal) is a South African football coach who currently manages Premier Soccer League club AmaZulu. He guided the South African national team to their only African Nations Cup title in 1996.

Under his guidance South Africa qualified for their first ever World Cup. However he was not the coach as South Africa made the journey to 1998 Fifa World Cup.

Since the 1970s, 'The Dog', as he's popularly known, has coached numerous clubs in South Africa, including Durban City F.C., Manning Rangers, AmaZulu , Santos.
