Eli Perry (December 25, 1799 - May 17, 1881) was a U.S. Representative from New Yorkmarker.

Born in Cambridge, Washington County, New York, Perry attended the common schools.He engaged in business in Albany, New Yorkmarker, in 1827 and continued until 1852.He served as member of the Board of Aldermen of Albany for two years.He served in the State assembly in 1851.He served as mayor of Albany 1851-1853 from 1856 to 1860 from 1862 to 1866.

Perry was elected as a Democrat to the Forty-second and Forty-third Congresses (March 4, 1871-March 3, 1875).He was an unsuccessful candidate for reelection in 1874 to the Forty-fourth Congress.He died in Albany, New Yorkmarker, May 17, 1881.He was interred in Albany Rural Cemetery.
