From Memphis to Vegas/From Vegas to Memphis is the thirty-fifth studio album by Elvis Presley released on RCA Records (LSP 6020) in November 1969. The set was issued to capitalize upon the success of Presley's previous album, From Elvis in Memphis, and his newfound success as a headliner in Las Vegasmarker. It is Presley's first double album, and it peaked at #12 on the Billboard 200.

The first album carried the title Elvis in Person at the International Hotel and consisted of live performances taped at the International Hotelmarker in August 1969. These concerts were Presley's first live performances since his March 1961 benefit concert in Hawaiimarker. It was also Presley's first live album release. These performances were the inaugural engagement of the group that would come to be known as the TCB Band in the 1970s, but with Larry Muhoberac on piano in place of TCB regular Glen D. Hardin.

The second album carried the title Back in Memphis, and consisted of further recordings from the early 1969 sessions at American Studios in Memphismarker. Of these, "The Fair's Is Moving On" and "You'll Think of Me" had previously appeared as the b-sides to "Clean Up Your Own Backyard" and "Suspicious Minds" earlier in the year. As this album was a compilation of leftovers and did not include "Suspicious Minds" or two additional tracks held for future singles, "Don't Cry Daddy" and "Kentucky Rain," the album lacked the impact of its predecessor. Only "Stranger in My Hometown" was said to equal the intensity of the already issued songs.

In November 1970 RCA reissued the double LP as individual albums each identified by their original subtitles, LSP 4428 and LSP 4429. The album is currently out of print in its original format. The studio tracks from Back in Memphis can be found on both the From Nashville to Memphis: The Essential 60s Masters box set and the Suspicious Minds double-disc retrospective of Presley's winter 1969 Memphis sessions. Elvis in Person at the International Hotel is also out of print, although the complete show from August 24, 1969, which provided three songs for this album, can be found on disc one of the 2001 box set Live in Las Vegas.
