Gmina Rudziniec is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Gliwice Countymarker, Silesian Voivodeshipmarker, in southern Polandmarker. Its seat is the village of Rudziniecmarker, which lies approximately north-west of Gliwicemarker and west of the regional capital Katowicemarker.

The gmina covers an area of , and as of 2006 its total population is 10,644.
