The Goodhope River is a 48 mi long river on the Seward Peninsula in the U.S. state of Alaskamarker. It heads about 5.3 mi WSW of Cloud Lake and flows NE to Goodhope Bay in the Chukchi Seamarker about 27 mi W of Cape Deceit and Deering, Kotzebue-Kobuk Low. The entire course of the river lies within the Bering Land Bridge National Preservemarker.

Name reported in 1901 by Mendenhall (1902, p. 27), USGS; derived from "Goodhope Bay". Its Inuit name has not been reported.
