Grant Island is a small rock island in Okanagan Lakemarker, British Columbiamarker, Canadamarker. Grant Island is located in the northern half of Okanagan Lakemarker, about one kilometre from the shores of the municipality of Lake Countrymarker (Winfield-Oyama). Grant Island is one of only two islands in Okanagan Lakemarker, the other being Rattlesnake Islandmarker.
