Gustav Johannes Wied (borne
march 6th 1858 in Branderslev near Nakskov
, Denmark
. Died
October 24th
1914) was a Danish writer.He was
born as number 5. in a row of 11 siblings.
He is generally known as a critic of society and for using his
writing against establishment.
He lost populaity and suffered from severe stomach aches. This led
him to commit suicide with an overdose of
potassium cyanide
