Havant is a borough constituency represented in the

. It elects one
Member of Parliament (MP) by the
first past the post system of
election.
Boundaries
The
constituency comprises most of the borough (and town) of Havant
in
Hampshire. This includes the towns of Waterlooville
and Emsworth
.
History
The constituency was preceded by
Havant and
Waterloo which was also represented by Ian Stewart Lloyd.
