Hollinwood railway station was a railway station in south-western Oldhammarker, Greater Manchestermarker, Englandmarker. The station was 7 km (4½ miles) north east of Manchester Victoriamarker on the Oldham Loop Line operated and managed by Northern Rail.

The station was next to the M60 motorwaymarker Manchester Outer Ring Road.

The station closed for the conversion of the line to Metrolink on 3 October 2009 and will re-open as Hollinwood Metrolink station in 2012.


On Monday to Saturday daytimes there was a half-hourly service from Hollinwood to Manchester Victoria southbound and northbound. On Sundays there was an hourly service in each direction.
