Jayal is a census town in
the Nagaur district of Rajasthan
state. The village is located 40 km away from
Nagaur
. It is also the tehsil and block
headquarters with the same name.
There is the oldest temple of the district Dadhimati Temple, also
known as Goth-Manglod temple. The temple was constructed during the
Gupta Dynasty in 4th Century.
Dadhimati is the Kul Devi of Dadhich
Brahimins.
Demographics
Population of Jayal is 12,218 according to census 2001. where male
population is 6,258 while female population is 5,960.
