John Flesher (June 8 1833 – ) was an Ontariomarker merchant and political figure. He represented Cardwell in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario as a Liberal-Conservative from 1875 to 1879.

He was born in Duffieldmarker, Derbyshiremarker, Englandmarker in 1833, educated at Dumpton Hall and came to Upper Canada in 1847. Flesher operated a gristmill and sawmill in Grey Countymarker and later owned a store at Orangeville, Ontariomarker. In 1855, he married M.A. Fowler. Flesher was also a Master Mason.

His brother William served in the Canadian House of Commons.
