John "Shoes" Leshiba Moshoeu (born December 18, 1965 in Sowetomarker, Gautengmarker) is a retired South African football player who last played for AmaZulu as an attacking midfielder.

He started his professional career with South African giant Kaizer Chiefs where he played between 1988‚Äď93. He then moved to Turkishmarker team Gen√ßlerbirlińüi. He also played for Kocaelispor, Fenerbah√ße SKmarker and Bursaspor.

He went back to his first professional club, Kaizer Chiefs in 2002 and played there until 2006. He then joined AmaZulu where he ended his career in 2008 at the age of 42.

International career

He played for South Africa national football team and was part of the squad that travelled to Francemarker for the 1998 FIFA World Cup.

He accumulated 73 caps and eight goals.
