Joseph Groarke (born 1 July,
1988) in Birmingham
, England
, was
formerly the under 18's British Taekwondo
champion, winning and defending the AIMAA British
championships in 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 . Taking up the
sport in 2002, he has made substantial progress, but missed the
European Championships in 2006 and World Championships in 2007 due
to injury. He is hoping to make a return to competitive tournaments
in early 2008.In late 2008 Joe retired from Taekwondo due to
injury.
