, is a Japanese mixed martial arts fighter. He is the current 2-time interim Welterweight King of Pancrase (152.5 to 165.7 lb /69 to 75 kg). He has competed in the Pancrase organization since 2004 with a 8-1-1 record. He was awarded the interim Pancrase title with a TKO victory in the finals of the Pancrase - 2007 Neo-Blood Tournament Finals over Fabricio Nascimento. He is the older brother of Seigo Inoue.


His last notable fight was a loss on May 11, 2008 against Nick Diaz in a title eliminator match for the newly created DREAM welterweight title.

As of July 2009, Inoue has compiled a professional record of 18 wins, six losses, and one draw, with 7 wins by knockout, no submissions and one loss by disqualification.
