Ken Coomer (born November 5) was the last drummer for the band Uncle Tupelo as well as the drummer for Chicagomarker based band Wilco until Yankee Hotel Foxtrot. He was the drummer and co-founder of the Nashvillemarker band Clockhammer in the late 80's and early 90's, as well as Buzzkill, during that same time, and he continues to play on various projects. Coomer performs as well as a producer, his most notable work is the debut solo album of Vaquero's singer Chetes, achieving platinum record sales in the Mexican music market. He has also played on produced albums by Steve Earle, Tim Finn, Will Hoge, Jars of Clay, Emmylou Harris, and Shaver

He lives in his long-time hometown of Nashville, Tennessee.
