Killian Miller (July 30, 1785 – January 9, 1859) was a U.S. Representative from New Yorkmarker.

Born in Claverack, New Yorkmarker, Miller pursued an academic course. He studied law and was admitted to the bar and commenced practice in Livingston, New Yorkmarker in 1806. Miller served as member of the state assembly in 1825 and 1828. He moved to Hudson, New Yorkmarker in 1833 and continued the practice of law. He served as clerk of Columbia Countymarker 1837-1840.

Miller was elected as an Opposition Party candidate to the Thirty-fourth Congress (March 4, 1855 – March 3, 1857). He then resumed his law practice. Miller died in Hudson, New Yorkmarker on January 9, 1859 and was interred in Hudson City Cemetery.
