Leivonmäki is a former municipality of Finlandmarker. It became a part of Joutsamarker in 2008. It is known for its marshy grounds and its national park. First inhabitants are mentioned in 1564. It has been a municipality since 1870.

It is located south-east from Jyväskylämarker in the province of Western Finlandmarker and is part of the Central Finlandmarker region. The municipality has a population of 1,162 (2003) and covers an area of 409.97 km² of which 29.17 km² is water. The population density is 2.8 inhabitants per km².

The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
