Neftekumsk ( ) is a town in Stavropol Krai, Russiamarker, located on the right bank of the Kuma River, 305 km east of Stavropolmarker. Population:

It was founded in 1961 as an oil-extracting settlement. It received status of urban-type settlement in 1962 and was granted town status in 1968.
