optionsXpress Holdings, Inc. is a retail, online brokerage firm, headquartered in Chicagomarker, Illinoismarker, that provides brokerage services for options, stock, futures, mutual funds, and fixed-income investments in the United Statesmarker and internationally. Acquisition of Optionetics

On April 28, 2009 optionsXpress Holdings, Inc. (NasdaqGS:OXPS) enters a definitive agreement to acquire Optionetics, Inc. for approximately $20 million in cash, plus additional cash consideration based on future performance.
