The Papeete Tahiti Temple is the 27th constructed and 25th operating temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Located in the city of Papeetemarker on the island of Tahitimarker in French Polynesiamarker, it was built with a modern single-spire design.

The Papeete Tahiti Temple was announced on April 2, 1980, and dedicated on October 27, 1983 by Gordon B. Hinckley. The temple was built on a plot, has 2 ordinance rooms and 2 sealing rooms, and has a total floor area of .

The temple was renovated in 2005-6 and rededicated on 2006-11-12.
