The Redout Duijnhoop was a square demi-bastioned clay and timber built fort constructed at Table Baymarker, South Africa by the founder of Cape Townmarker Jan van Riebeeck upon his arrival at the Capemarker in 1652. The purpose of the fort was to defend the Vereenigde Ost-Indische Compagnie 'VOC' replenishment station for ships travelling between the Netherlandsmarker and the Dutch East Indiesmarker.

In 1664, after a near collapse caused by heavy rainstorms in 1663 and the possibility of war between Britain and the Dutch the Redout was replaced by the masonry-built Castle of Good Hopemarker.

The fort was constructed on the site of the Grand Parade in front of the Cape Town City Hallmarker. Portion of the moat was uncovered in 2009 with the resurfacing of the Grand Parade.
