Romualdo Arppi Filho (born January 7, 1939) is a retired football referee from Brazilmarker. He is mostly known for supervising three matches in the 1986 FIFA World Cup in Mexicomarker, including the 1986 FIFA World Cup final between Germany and Argentina. Argentinamarker eventually won the game 3-2. He was the second successive Brazilian to referee the final.
