Ron Catalano (born June 30, 1962) is a smooth jazz saxophonist. He is the son of drummer Louis T. Catalano and vocalist Anith Claire.

Catalano was the recipient of eighteen national soloist awards. He is a graduate of Upland High School in Upland, Californiamarker, Chaffey College in Alta Loma, Californiamarker and California State University in Fresnomarker, Californiamarker.

Throughout the 1980s he served as musical director, orchestrator and performer for Bob Hope while working with artists such as Frank Sinatra, Charlie Pride, and Glen Campbell. Catalano began playing professionally, around his native Los Angeles, at age twelve.

Catalano currently performs throughout the United States and abroad as a saxophonist, clarinetist, fautist and bassist.
