Rowland Day (March 6 1779December 23 1853) was a United States Representative from New Yorkmarker.

Born in Chester, Massachusettsmarker, Day moved with his parents to Skaneateles, New York, in 1805, and from thence to Moravia, New York, in 1810.He engaged in mercantile pursuits.He served in the State assembly in 1816 and 1817.He served as member of the convention to revise the constitution of the State of New York in 1821.Held several local offices in Sempronius, where he resided.

Day was elected as a Crawford Democratic-Republican candidate to the Eighteenth Congress (March 4 1823March 3 1825).

Day was elected as a Jacksonian to the Twenty-third Congress (March 4 1833March 3 1835).He resumed mercantile pursuits.He died in Moravia, New York, December 23 1853.He was interred in Indian Mound Cemetery.
