2000 census.

According to the

States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of
0.6 square miles (1.7 km²), all of it land.
Demographics
As of the
census of 2000, there were 340
people, 127 households, and 100 families residing in the CDP. The
population density was 533.9
people per square mile (205.1/km²). There were 140 housing units at
an average density of 219.8/sq mi (84.5/km²). The racial
makeup of the CDP was 99.12%
White, and 0.88% from two or more
races.
There were 127 households out of which 33.1% had children under the
age of 18 living with them, 70.1% were
married
couples living together, 7.1% had a female householder with no
husband present, and 20.5% were non-families. 17.3% of all
households were made up of individuals and 11.8% had someone living
alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size
was 2.68 and the average family size was 3.02.
In the CDP the population was spread out with 24.4% under the age
of 18, 4.7% from 18 to 24, 35.0% from 25 to 44, 20.9% from 45 to
64, and 15.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was
37 years. For every 100 females there were 83.8 males. For every
100 females age 18 and over, there were 96.2 males.
The median income for a household in the CDP was $34,375, and the
median income for a family was $39,250. Males had a median income
of $26,438 versus $14,722 for females. The
per capita income for the CDP was $14,657.
None of the families and 2.5% of the population were living below
the
poverty line, including no under
eighteens and none of those over 64.
