Districts of South Province
South Province (Province du Sud) is one of Rwandamarker's five provinces. It was created in early January 2006 as part of a government decentralization program that re-organized the country's local government structures.

South Province comprises the former provinces of Gikongoromarker, Gitarama, and Butaremarker, and is divided into the districts of Butaremarker, Gatagara, Gikongoromarker, Gisagara, Gitarama, Kamonyi, Nyanza, and Nyaruguru.

The capital city of South Province is Nyanzamarker.
