Steven S. Myers is a successful

Myers led SM&A for 25 years. The company became the world’s
leading provider of competition management services, and leading
provider of program support services to aerospace & defense,
information technology, and telecommunications industries. He
managed over 1,200 competitive proposals ($340 Billion in total
value) for industry top tier clients to DoD, NSA, NRO, CIA, DHS,
NASA, FAA, and other federal departments. Some notable programs
include: Joint Strike Fighter, Future Combat Systems, National
Missile Defense, Space Based Infrared System (SBIRS), Tomahawk
Cruise Missile, Milstar, International Space Station, and US Visit.
He took SM&A public in 1998 (NASDQ: WINS) with revenues
reaching $100 million in 2007. SM&A sold in 2008.

Myers created one of first post-Cold War Russian-American joint
ventures, converting the Russian military air base at Petropavlovsk
into refueling stop for international cargo carriers, and fueled
hundreds of wide-body aircraft. He was the first American to pilot
an aircraft into the Kamchatka Peninsula. He held extensive
negotiations with Russian aviation leadership in Moscow, and
Kamchatka government authorities. He provided extensive
intelligence and logistical support to the CIA in far eastern
Russia. He also testified before U.S. House Committee on Government
Operations on doing business in Russia.
