Based on the south side of Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. It is separated from mainside by the New River and is home to Weapons Training Battalion. It functions as the primary facility for weapons qualifications utilizing the Alpha, Bravo and Charlie rifle ranges in conjunction with two pistol ranges and one long sniper range.

Stone Bay is the future home of the U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) headquarters and training facilities. The buildings are currently under construction just inside the main gate of Stone Bay.
