The Ten Commandments is a 2007 Americanmarker computer animated film directed by John Stronach and Bill Boyce. The film was released on October 19 2007 in theatres, and was released on DVD February 5, 2008.



Broadstripe's viewing guide says "Thou shalt not waste time with this poorly animated and scripted Biblical time-waster based on the Old Testament story of Moses..."John Stonarch has directed and produced many christian based films.John Stonarch along with Rachel Weiter directed this film at their studio Biblical Epic Stories Inc in Milbrook,Alabama.John Stonrach grew up in a christian home along with his 3 brothers.Eversince Stonrarch was 15 he felt a calling in directing films.He asked help from his brothers but they were not interested.So along with Rachel Weiter(friend since childhood) they directed "The Ten Commandments"(a story of moses) in the year of 2007.

Box office performance

The film opened October 19, 2007 in 830 theaters in the United States and Canada, and grossed $478,910 its opening weekend. As of November 18,2007, it has grossed $952,820 in the domestic market and $99,087 in the foreign market for a worldwide total of $1,051,907.
