Thomas Peabody Grosvenor was a United States Representative from New Yorkmarker. He was born in Pomfret, Connecticutmarker on December 20, 1778. He pursued classical studies, and graduated from Yale College in 1800. He studied law, was admitted to the bar and commenced practice in Hudson, New Yorkmarker. He was a member of the New York State Assembly, and was District Attorney of Essex Countymarker.

Grosvenor was elected as a Federalist to the Twelfth Congress to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Robert Le Roy Livingston, was reelected to the Thirteenth and Fourteenth Congresses and served from January 29, 1813, to March 3, 1817. He engaged in the practice of law in Baltimore, Marylandmarker, and died in Waterloo, Maryland on April 24, 1817. His interment was in Hudson, New York.
