Tower Hill is a London Underground station at Tower Hillmarker in the London Borough of Tower Hamletsmarker.

The station is in Travelcard Zone 1 and near the Tower of Londonmarker. The entrance to the station is located a few metres from one of the largest remaining segments of the Roman wall which formerly surrounded what is now the City of Londonmarker.

It is on the Circle Line between Monumentmarker and Aldgatemarker, and the District Line between Monumentmarker and Aldgate Eastmarker. It is a few metres to Tower Gateway DLR stationmarker and Fenchurch Street railway stationmarker. The station underwent some much delayed refurbishment which was completed sometime in 2008.

It was built on the site of the former Tower of London tube stationmarker that was closed early in the history of the Underground. It replaced a station with the same name, but earlier called Mark Lane tube stationmarker, that was farther west.

This station has three platforms, with one platform for trains that terminate at Tower Hill.
