William Henry Draper (June 24 1841December 7 1921) was a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives representing New Yorkmarker state from March 4, 1901 to March 3, 1913.

He was born in Rochdale, Worcester County, Massachusettsmarker in 1841 and moved with his family to Troy, New Yorkmarker in 1847. He was the president of W.H. Draper & Sons which manufactured cord and twine. He died in Troy, New York on December 7, 1921. He was interred in |Oakwood Cemeterymarker.
