The Workers Beer Company (WBC) is a trading name of BWTUC (Trading) Ltd and is a Britishmarker-Irishmarker organisation which runs temporary bar at events and festivals in Europe. It was set up by and is owned by the Battersea and Wandsworth Trades Union Council. The bars are run by volunteers and raise money for trade unions, charities and left-wing campaign groups. The most notable events supported by the WBC include Glastonbury Festivalmarker, Reading and Leeds Festivals, Latitude Festival, Tolpuddle Festival, Guilfestmarker, Homelands, Festival Internacional de Benicàssim and Womad, as well as smaller concerts and meetings. In Ireland, WBC provides (among other posts) Information Stewards at the Oxegen festival.

The company also runs a permanent public house, the Bread and Roses, in Claphammarker, Londonmarker, and sells Workers Ale.

The company is supported by the TUC and many other charities and organisations.

It has also set up an ethical clothing line called Ethical Threads, who are now a sponsor and shareholder in the football club Reading Town F.C.
